The practice catchment area is strictly within a 2.0 mile radius of the surgery. All new patients wishing to join the practice will require postcode authorisation before acceptance. Those patients who move out of the catchment area will be asked to find a GP in their local area.

Please confirm with reception that you are within our practice boundary. Those patients who move out of the catchment area will be asked to find a GP in their local area. Parents of children under 16 will also be changed to a new address and removed.
