The partners and staff would like to send their best wishes and good luck to Dr Chande who is leaving the practice in May.
Dr Chande has been at the practice for over 20 years and is a much loved and respected GP, colleague and friend who shall be greatly missed by everyone. However, due to the increasing demand in Primary care and his own family commitments, he has had to make the difficult decision to leave the practice.
We are sure you would like to join us in sending good luck and best wishes to Dr Chande. Sadly due to Covid restrictions on the number of patients we can have in the practice at any one time, it is not possible to be able to have patients visiting the practice to say goodbye but we are sure he would appreciate your messages of support etc so we invite you to leave your comments on our feedback form – please click here to go to the form
Please put Dr Chande’s name for reference in the comments box.
