We use Accurx, our online consultation and appointment request system, to help patients access the right care at the right time.
To request an appointment, please:
Online (Recommended)
Use our Accurx (Patient triage form) via our website.
- Submit a medical or administrative request online.
- Available Monday to Friday.
- Requests are reviewed by our clinical team.
- We will contact you with advice, treatment, or an appointment if needed.
By Telephone
Call us on 01706 824413 during opening hours.
In Person
Visit the practice and speak to a member of our reception team during opening hours.
When you contact us, we will ask for some information about your problem or query. This helps us direct you to the most appropriate clinician or member of the practice team as quickly as possible.

To request an urgent appointment (Monday to Friday)
- use our appointment request form, Monday to Friday from 7am to 11am.
- phone us on 01706 824413, Monday to Friday, when we are open
- visit the surgery and speak with a receptionist, Monday to Friday, when we are open
- use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App) to book a screening test or vaccination
- use your GP Online Tool account (on the GP Online Tool website)
When you get in touch, we’ll ask what you need help with.
We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.
Routine appointments
To request a routine appointment in the next 7 days
- use our appointment request form, Monday to Friday.

- by phone
- face to face at the surgery
- on a video call
- by text or email.
Appointments by phone, video call or by text or email can be more flexible and often means the doctor or nurse can help you sooner.
